I’m not a super woman. I don’t have extra hours in my day (although sometimes I need like 36…that would be awesome). I just manage my time really well.
One thing that has helped me manage my schedule is block scheduling. It helps me see how much time I’m spending on different areas of my life and to focus on one thing at a time. It keeps me in balance. It breaks down my day into manageable chunks.
